NKS Display is a specialized manufacturer of stone sample display products, founded in 2021. We make quartz display towers, countertop display racks, sample books, stone name stickers, dome stickers, sample boards and paperboard sample boxes for granite, marble, and quartz suppliers. Our team of 40+ skilled craftsmen operates two dedicated workshops - one for metal fabrication, one for paperboard packaging.

We are a direct manufacturer and exporter of stone display products. We have two production workshops - an iron rack fabrication floor and a sample box assembly line. You are welcome to visit us in person or request a video factory tour. We also welcome third-party inspections at any production stage.

Five main product lines: iron display racks (floor-standing, wall-mounted, countertop), flip-top sample boxes (with handle, magnetic closure, document pockets), foldout sample binders (portable, multi-pocket), stone name stickers (paper stickers, metal tags and dome stickers) and wall-mounted sample boards. All can be customized to your brand.

We also make boxes for 3 inch x 3 inch, 4 inch x 4 inch, 4 inch x 6 inch, or mixed sizes within the same box, no standard size, but meet your special needs. Just tell us your sample dimensions and we will design the grid.

Our racks are made from steel/iron tubing and sheet metal, finished with powder coating for durability and rust resistance. We can match any RAL or Pantone color for the finish. Load capacity ranges from 30 lbs to 200+ lbs depending on the design.

Yes. For heavy granite or marble samples, we use MDF core with metal bracket reinforcement, rated up to 60 lbs load capacity. For lighter samples (quartz, engineered stone, small tiles), greyboard + art paper is a cost-effective option. We will recommend the right structure based on your sample weight.

Full customization. We offer logo debossing, screen printing, and woven labels on the cover. Cover colors can be matched to your Pantone. Interior page color, pocket layout, and closure style are all adjustable. When a distributor carries your sample book, it should look like your brand made it.

Yes, free of charge. If you have your own artwork, we use it. If not, our graphic team will create a professional cover design that matches your brand. We typically send a design draft within 2-3 days.

Absolutely. We have made boxes with as few as 5 slots and as many as 60+ slots. The grid layout can be uniform or mixed (e.g., large samples on top, small ones below). Tell us your collection size and we will design the optimal layout.

Three lamination options: matte (modern, understated), glossy (high-impact shine), and anti-scratch (best for heavy daily handling in showrooms). For iron racks, we use powder coating in matte, sanding, or glossy finish.

Sample boxes start at 500 pieces; iron display racks vary by model (typically 50-100 pieces).

Yes - and we strongly encourage it. We make a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk production begins. The sample fee is refundable when you place the bulk order. This way, you see and touch the exact product before committing.

Simple. Send Ivy your <strong>sample dimensions, desired quantity, and any design ideas</strong>. Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed quote with pricing, lead time, and next steps. Once you approve, we produce a pre-production sample, then proceed to bulk.

Every unit goes through 100% visual inspection and functionality check (closure, handle strength, slot fit) before packing. We also welcome third-party inspections - SGS, Intertek, or your designated agency can audit our production at any stage.

We take full responsibility. If any units arrive damaged or defective, we will <strong>reproduce them or issue a refund</strong> - your choice. Our QC team checks every piece before packing to minimize this risk, but if it happens, we fix it. No arguments.

We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU terms. You can use your own freight forwarder, or we can recommend reliable partners we have worked with. We handle export documentation, packing lists, and certificates of origin as needed.

Each box is individually wrapped in a poly bag, then packed in sturdy export cartons. For iron racks, we add foam padding and corner protectors. Orders can be palletized for sea freight. Custom retail packaging is also available.

Standard products: 20-25 days. Custom logo or special design: 30-35 days. This starts after pre-production sample approval and deposit payment. We will give you an exact timeline with your quote.

Bulk orders: 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer), 70% balance before shipment. Sample orders can be paid via PayPal. Or if you have Wechat or Alipay for small order or sample order, it will be more convenient.
